Painted
During my Photoshop class we began painting with the mixer brush. We picked a photo that we liked then we adjusted the photo till it looked nice. Then we just painted on the picture using the different brushes while the mixer brush was selected. When we were done we made it a smart object and then put a smart filter. I used Texturizer canvas and Paint Daubs.
